Shipping policy

ArcMate offers FREE shipping on all RETAIL orders in the lower 48 United States. 

Alaska and Hawaii orders are subject to additional shipping fees. The shipping charges will be added at checkout.

The ArcMate.shop website does not currently support placing international orders online but WE CAN ship out of the US. Please contact our customer service team directly for a quote.

All DEALER orders must pay shipping on any orders under $500. Please place your order directly through our customer service team: csr@arcmate.com
Any DEALER orders placed through the website are subject to immediate cancellation.

ArcMate uses USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipping services. All transit times are subject to the carrier utilized. All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of having all information in order to process the order (special requests, payment, shipping address, etc.)

While we do our best to adhere to all customer requests regarding special delivery instructions, (time, day, location) there is no guarantee. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and is outside of ArcMate's control.
Customers are responsible for managing delivery preferences (such as holds, rescheduling, or delivery instructions) directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
