The black cups were easy to install and used a socket to install instead of the useless mini wrench that was included making sure not to over tighten the nut. The original black cups were hard and not flexible on making it difficult to pick up items. I use this reacher inside and outside equally. Excellent price and quality. Highly recommend.

Best purchase I made in 30 years, that's how long Ive had my grabbers. Still work like the first day, only have to replace the discs evey 7 or eight years. In the norm of built in product failure this continues to be a pleasant surprise. I use this grabber every day to pick up trash by the side of my property that is deposited by litters

I already had a couple of these EZ Reachers, and they work so well and make it so much easier to pick things up as well as getting items from high places. I wanted more to keep in my workshop and basement. I have a disability, and these make what should be a simple task for most people so much easier for me. Thanks for a great product.

This is exactly the size I was looking for. Very comfortable length and grip. Will buy again when I wear this one out picking up trash in the area. lol.
