great grabber
Hi Jerry, we're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the grabber! Thanks for your feedback!
I bought two sets of the replacement cups for my reacher I bought to replace my old one. I didn’t know I could get new cups.
I have not had to use these yet but they came in good time and are the same as advertised
Thank you for your kind words! We're glad the replacement cups arrived promptly and meet your expectations. Feel free to reach out if you need anything else. Enjoy your reacher!
These replacement cups kept our EZ Reacher helping us pick things up time and again.
Hi there! We're so glad to hear the replacement cups are working out well for you. Thanks for sharing your positive experience!
The blue cups were easy to install and used a socket to install instead of the useless mini wrench that was included making sure not to over tighten the nut. This were used on my older ArcMate reacher that's Made in the USA and the original black cups were deteriorating after 20 yrs. Excellent price and quality. Highly recommend.
Hi Shawn!
We love to hear that your reacher has last for so long! 20 years is amazing! We appreciate the feedback about the ease of installation of the new cups. Thank you for your support!
Long time user of Arcmate products but I was amazed that my recent order of replacement cups included a wrench to install the units. Wow!
Hi there! We're thrilled to hear you're pleased with your order and the surprise wrench. Thanks for being a loyal Arcmate user!
