It's a good grabber, but hard to squeeze with arthritic hands. The older Arcmate was perfect & squeezed effortlessly. This one works well, but is painful to squeeze.
Had one of the two I bought that had issues of getting it locked due to extra plastic flashing that kept it from sliding together to lock the two sections together. It should of have been caught at the time of assembly and never reached the customer the way it was. Other wise both will give good service as designed.
